Ticker is aiming to be number one in the UK for connected motor insurance – and we’re on track. We’re now ranked third for connected car new business behind two household-name insurers.
But what matters most is that we’re achieving this growth with market-leading loss ratio performance and tight control of our unit economics, including cost of acquisition and customer lifetime value.
It comes down to the work we’ve put in to developing our cloud-based, agile ecosystem. Our architecture makes the most of our incredible data science capabilities, taking all the learnings and efficiencies from our machine learning and AI tools into every part of the business.
